1. All deliveries must be to a Canadian address
2. To buy marijuana products from BC Buds Medical you must be at least 19 years old
3. The name on your account and delivery address must match your payment method for security
4. BC Buds Medical assumes no responsibility for lost orders due to:
mistakes made by the postal offices
wrong address or missing unit number given by the customer
returned packages due to time limit expiring from notice pick-up
damaged packages by postal service
delayed packages due to postal service error
delayed packages due to weather and/or other warnings in the area or in transit
expired PO BOX numbers
Stolen packages and/or contents during transit or after delivery (we do not replace packages when no signature is requested) (we do not replace packages marked ‘delivered’)
5. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice
6. You are not a citizen or resident of the United States of America
7. You are not affiliated in any way with any law enforcement
8. Orders are guaranteed by Canada Post to arrive within reasonable time of expected delivery, with the exception of Newfoundland, Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, Quebec, and/or areas with union strikes. Read more about “Non-Guarantee” provinces here.
9. We are cannabis connoisseurs who have been honing our craft for decades and are not health practitioners. Consult your doctor before and during use for your medical inquiries.

RETURN OR REPLACEMENT POLICY
At MailGreens.Com, there are NO RETURNS.
We do not offer replacement packages.
The only exception is if your package is confiscated by authorities, we will send you a free ONE TIME REPLACEMENT PACKAGE UP TO $400, subject to our “No Guarantee Provinces”. The replacement package is in the form of product or store credit. No refunds. If you are in a non-guaranteed area – Nunavut, Quebec, Yukon – you will be ordering at your own risk and will not be receiving a replacement package due to the higher percentage of postal theft and confiscated packages in these areas. We may request you order with a ‘signature required’.
We require that you are 19 years of age or older, a mature Canadian citizen living in Canada with Canadian online banking to perform Interac E-Transfers.
